Camp Jitterbug Full Weekend Pass
**Includes all 3 days of workshops, lectures and dances (the Jump Session Show is NOT included in the weekend pass)

The price of the camp will be determined by how many people have signed up...not by a fixed date. For example, the first 50 people that register will pay $169, the second 50 people who register will pay $179 and so on. So, register early and you will be rewarded!

We are offering payment plans in order to make the event more accessible for those who prefer to break the total due into multiple payments for budget purposes. You can choose the Paypal payment option when you check out.

DANCERS ONLY PASS
For the first time, Camp Jitterbug is offering a dancers only pass. We haven't been able to offer this in the past because our late night venue has been limited in size. This year, since we are having our late night dances at the Century Ballroom and East Hall, we will have more space. So, this means we will be offering a LIMITED number of dancers only passes. It includes ALL dances during the weekend. Jump Session Show tickets are sold separately, but you will receive the discounted rate on tickets.

Dancers Only Pass = $119

Camp Jitterbug sells out every year. To guarantee your spot in the event, you MUST register online AND pay within 7 days from your registration date. We will not hold a spot for someone who is unpaid.

Friday Night Meet & Greet and Check In/Registration

Registration and Check-in for Camp Jitterbug is during the Meet & Greet at at the Benaroya Hall Foyer before the Jump Session Show. From 4-7pm, you can check in, get your packet and wristband and meet the other campers in a festive atmosphere. During the show, registration will be closed but it will re-open during the after party that immediately follows the show.

Full-service bars offering cocktails, wine or beer are conveniently located in the lobby outside the auditorium. Lobby bars are open during the social from 4-7pm and remain open through intermission. The Jump Session show is all ages. For those of you arriving straight from the airport, there is a coat check available in the outer hall for luggage storage.

If you can't make it to the Friday night check in, we will have a list of paid campers at the dance on Friday night, so you will still be able to get in to the dance. Please arrive at the Knights of Columbus on Saturday morning between 9:30-10:45am to check-in.

Late night dance with Meschiya Lake at Century Ballroom at Century Ballroom and House Party with DJ Jo Ann Coker in East Hall

Monday
Dance with Ben Polcer at Knights of Columbus 2:30-5:30pm $25

Camp Jitterbug Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your Camp Jitterbug registration, you will receive credit towards future Camp Jitterbug's in the amount that you paid. Sorry, but due to the fact that we are reserving a spot in the camp for you at different price breaks, there are no refunds or transfers if you decide to cancel. There will be no exceptions to remain fair to everyone! If you want to receive a credit for next year, email our staff at info@campjitterbug.com, let her know you need a credit and put "credit for 2013" in the subject.
